You'll get tracking details as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on Etsy follow the processing and delivery estimates shown on the listing.
Returns
Because every candle is made and labeled to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged, broken or wrong items
Glass sometimes has a rough trip. If your candle arrives damaged or broken, or you received the wrong item, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send anything back.
Lost packages
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
